jili711's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits jili711's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jili711 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

- Inactivity — Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jili711 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before taking any action on a dormant Account.
You may close your jili711 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance in your Wallet (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
